Disinfection protocol
Visiting canine breeding facilities is a crucial step for anyone looking to welcome a new four-legged companion. To ensure a respectful experience towards animals and minimize the risks of disease transmission, we have developed a rigorous disinfection protocol.
Before the visit :
- Wear clean clothes and shoes.
- Clean our devices with an antibacterial wipe.
Upon arrival at the breeding facility:
- Wash our hands with antibacterial soap for at least 20 seconds.
- Once at the breeding facility, follow the breeder's hygiene instructions.
- Do not touch the puppies or dogs without the breeder's permission, and avoid handling other objects such as bowls or toys without precaution.
After the visit:
- Clean and disinfect our hands and shoes again.
- Clean the surfaces we have come into contact with in the car with an antibacterial wipe.
- Clean our devices again with an antibacterial wipe.
- Wash the clothes we wore during the visit.
Please note that we do not visit more than two breeding facilities per week!
This disinfection protocol ensures a respectful visit towards animals and minimizes the risk of disease transmission between breeding facilities and dogs.
We even encourage adopters to follow this protocol when looking for their companion and visiting multiple breeding facilities. Adopting these responsible practices during the visits not only ensures the health of dogs but also promotes high standards of animal welfare within the canine community.
